1. Return Policy

• Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are only accepted for unused, unopened items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

• Products like panties, personalized items, and lingerie sets are not eligible for return due to hygiene concerns.

2. Return Process

• Contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return.

• If eligible, we will initiate a return pickup or provide instructions for return shipment.

3. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them or before they are shipped.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
